FAQs

Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, excluding major holidays, and are usually shipped within 3 business days. We will email you a shipment notification once your order ships that has a tracking number and estimated delivery date. 

Once your order is confirmed we immediately begin processing your order and cannot cancel your order. We do offer easy returns. 

Items can be returned within 1 week of purchase. Items need to be unused and in original packaging. We do not except returns for open items, special order items, or sale items. 

We do our very best to purchase the highest quality ingredients for our handmade products. Although not every ingredient we use is "natural" we make sure that everything is skin safe and from a reputable supplier. If you would like more specific information about an ingredient we would be happy to provide additional information.
